Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Membership and Fees
Membership Fees: By joining the Rally Membership, you agree to pay the membership fees as specified on our website. The current membership fee is $5 per month, with a one-time sign-up fee of $10.
Billing and Payment: Membership fees are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the membership fees. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Commission Fee: In addition to the membership fees, a 30% commission fee will be applied to transactions made through our services.
Use of Services
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Posting harmful or offensive content.
User Content: You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through our Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of our Services.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Rally Coaches or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
